Use of this website
Content on this site is provided for general information. It does not constitute a binding offer, professional advice or a warranty of any specific outcome.
Engagements
Services are delivered under a signed master services agreement and statement of work that define scope, milestones, pricing, acceptance criteria and change control.
Intellectual property
Deliverables created specifically for a client transfer on full payment. Pre-existing frameworks, tooling and product code remain the property of Opsfyn Technologies and are licensed for use.
Confidentiality
Both parties protect confidential information disclosed during an engagement and use it only for the purposes of the agreement.
Liability
Except where prohibited by law, liability is limited to the fees paid under the relevant statement of work, and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan unless a signed agreement specifies otherwise.
